WHAT: Henderson Collegiate will enroll 4th, 5th, or 6th grade students for the 2012- 2013 school year.
ALL YOU NEED TO DO IS SHOW UP!
HOW: Stop by Henderson Collegiate from 8:30 – 5:00 Monday – Thursday or 8:30 – 2:00 on Friday and complete an application
WHO: Students entering the 4th, 5th, or 6th grade this coming August
WHEN: Parents can enroll students during any school day until April 2nd
WHERE: 906 Health Center Rd., Henderson, NC 27536
Directions: From downtown Henderson, turn right on Andrews Ave., turn right on Cherry St., go to the end, turn left on County Home Rd., and turn right on Health Center Rd.

NOTE: Your completed application does not guarantee enrollment into Henderson Collegiate. If 105 or fewer applications have been received at the close of the enrollment period (April 2 at 5 pm), all students will be guaranteed enrollment. However, by law, Henderson Collegiate must perform a public lottery if more than 105 applications have been received.
